Here are some of the most common symptoms of stroke:

4. Heavy Headache

It usually occurs in hemorrhagic stroke, a medical condition that is caused by the rupture of one or more blood vessels in the brain. Hemorrhagic stroke is a condition that causes greater disorders of the body and brain function, such as paralysis, loss of speech and swallowing, memory loss and loss of cognitive ability.

1. Healthy diet

2. Stop smoking

3. Avoid alcohol consumption
Liquor contains high calories. Excess consumption of liquor will lead to various stroke-causing diseases. Excessive alcohol consumption can also lead to the irregular heartbeat that bad for your lung and blood supply.

4. Exercise
Regular exercise can make the heart and circulatory system work more efficiently. Exercise can also lower cholesterol levels and maintain body weight and blood pressure at a healthy level.

The best way to prevent stroke is to exercise regularly, eat nutritious and healthy foods, not consuming excessive liquor, not smoking, avoid or overcome stress, and know the symptoms of stroke at an early age. In addition, if you suffer from a disease that can cause a stroke (diabetes, hypertension, and sleep apnea) then you should more often check yourself to know your health condition.
